Keep safe at our event; we are taking the necessary measures to safeguard your health and safety.

If you have any viral symptoms such as cough, fever or sore throat please stay home and contact your doctor.

Remember that the following measures and guidelines were created to safeguard your health and well-being.

Avoid lines at the event and speed up your entry. Make your registration on our website prior to your visit and print the badge that will be sent to your email; this will be your access. We will have special modules to speed up the transit of pre-registered people.

Consider using taxis or private transportation services. Pay the exact amount of your ride and, if possible, use electronic payment. Wear PPE throughout your trip and clean your hands before and after using the transportation.

There will be safety protocols throughout the venue, including temperature screening, hand sanitizing, among others.  Please follow the recommendations and instructions of the staff at all times.

Anyone with a temperature above 37.5 °C or displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted entry to the show.

Wearing face coverings will be mandatory during your visit.  ALL OUR EXHIBITORS, VENDORS AND STAFF will wear face coverings to attend you.

Constant cleaning will be done before and during the show. Every day, we will disinfect all areas before activities and cleaning common areas every half hour.

Keep your distance. Maintain at least a 1.5 meters distance between yourself and others, both on your journey and when you start conversations. We will provide floor markings to support distancing. Implement contactless greeting: do not greet with kisses, handshake or hugs.

Identify and follow the signage on the floor and throughout the event, this will help us regulate the flows of people in aisles for a safer experience.

Follow the hygiene protocol at the show: Regularly wash your hands with soap and water use the alcohol-based hand-sanitizer dispensers and cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze, and properly dispose of your tissues.

We will put up posters with the maximum capacities per area and we will have personnel in charge of counting people. Identify and abide the maximum number of people who can be inside our zones, such as conference rooms, workshops and food areas. Use only the available furniture/seating and do not move the furniture, as it has been placed to respect physical distance.

Use only designated areas to consume food, respecting the maximum number of people and stay only long enough to eat. Use only the available seating and do not move the furniture. Eating inside the booth is forbidden.

We are working to offer you digital contact tools such as QR and we invite you to join this initiative. Use digital business cards to share your data, such as the LinkedIn QR code, for networking during the event.
