 OPERATIONS MANUAL

Important: Registering your assembly company on the Operational Platform is mandatory to proceed with uploading documentation and requesting assembly badges.

Without completing this step, you will not be able to access the setup area nor build your booth.


🔴 Important: Renders and documents will NOT be accepted via email or WhatsApp.

All documentation must be uploaded directly to the new platform. We recommend completing the registration as soon as possible to avoid delays.

DEADLINE: July 24th, 2026.


Required Steps 

1. Construction Company Registration
(To be completed by the exhibitor)

Access the Operations Platform and register the company that will build your booth.

2. Document Upload
(To be completed by the stand contractor)

Once registered, the stand contractor will receive an email with their login credentials.

They are responsible for uploading all required documentation to obtain the Organizing Committee’s approval and request set-up/dismantling badges.

⚠️ Important:

  • All exhibitors must comply with this process, without exception. 
  • Even in cases where only basic furniture or minor structures are installed, the registration of the assembly company and the upload of documentation to the platform are mandatory. 
  • If this step is not completed, the assembly company will not be allowed to enter the venue or carry out the construction of the booth. 
  • The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any consequences resulting from non-compliance with the established guidelines, as stated in the participation contract.
