- One 110 V / 1000 W double outlet is included for every 9 m² contracted, up to a maximum of two double outlets per contract. We suggest reviewing this to confirm the information and familiarize yourself with the features of your package.

The person registered as the primary contact for the booth will receive an email containing the access link to the exhibitor portal and profile (Exhibitor Hub). The username will be their own email address, and the password will be one of your choosing. *In the event that the primary contact has changed, Customer Experience must be notified.*
Event Floor Plan: Download and review the boundaries and the location of your space in the event layout.
Wednesday, September 2 will be exclusively for product supply, cleaning, and final tidy-up inside the booths from 08:00 to 19:00. Final setup must be completed, without exception, by Tuesday, September 1 at 22:00.
Mampara PLUS booths and ‘Enhanced’ designs (system): Wednesday, September 2, at 12:00 pm. Assembly carried out by RX Solutions.
Prior validation with the team is required.
Custom designs: Assembly carried out by RX Solutions.
The booth delivery schedule must be previously validated and confirmed with the corresponding team.
Send the technical sheet with dimensions and weight before July 24, 2026 for validation and schedule confirmation for entry.

Register them through the Exhibitor Hub, suggested deadline: July 31, 2026.
You will still be able to register them on-site, directly on a computer or your mobile phone. To avoid delays and lines, we recommend completing your registration before July 31, 2026.
Once your badge is registered, you will receive it by email approximately 15 days before the event. You will be able to print it from home or office, which will allow you to avoid setbacks and lines during the event.

Yes, these have a cost of $350 MXN (20.02 USD) and must be requested directly with your Sales Executive.
Yes. All staff who access or remain in your booth and on the exhibition floor during the event are required to carry their exhibitor badge at all times.
It is mandatory to wear the exhibitor badge at all times inside the venue. Additionally, the setup company must generate and wear its own badges in order to access the venue and the setup/dismantling areas.
You must register your setup company through the Operations Portal and upload the requested documentation no later than July 24.

Required documents:
- Render with general dimensions, height, and depth measurements.
- Technical sheet of materials and weights.
- Civil Liability Insurance Policy.
- Structural Calculation issued by a DRO (applies only in the following cases):
- Double-deck stands.
- Platforms/stages.
- Structures of 1 m height or more.
- Structures supporting LED screens of 6 m² or larger.
Please check with your stand provider to confirm whether they already hold this policy (most stand construction companies include it). If not, your company must obtain it through an insurer of its choice. This policy is a mandatory requirement for all companies, with the exception of those that contracted their stand directly through RX (the organizing committee).
Yes, insurance policies are mandatory for all exhibitors. This provides you with coverage against any incident arising from your participation in the event.
Yes. It is mandatory to enter with safety gear: a safety helmet and closed-toe footwear.
- First, you must complete your registration at Expo Abierta.
- Once you have registered at Expo Abierta, you will be given a slip and may proceed to the loading docks for the entry of your vehicle/trailer.**
This access is intended exclusively for exhibitors and contractors who need to unload large materials.
Entry to the loading docks is subject to available capacity and your position in the queue.

The Additional Services Office of Expo Guadalajara is located near the main entrance, next to the Special Events Hall.
The wired and wireless internet service is exclusively provided by Expo Guadalajara. Exhibitors are not allowed to install any type of wireless networks.

If you need electrical installations different from or additional to those included by the Organizing Committee, you may request them at an extra cost from the Additional Services Office of Expo Guadalajara.

The Organizing Committee is responsible for cleaning the common areas of the event. However, each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning their own booth. If you require an additional cleaning service within your space, you must hire it either through our recommended official provider or with a provider of your choice. See the recommended provider’s details on page 59 of the Exhibitor Manual.
No. Neither the venue nor the Organizing Committee receive, safeguard, or manage the reception of merchandise. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to coordinate the shipping, reception, and handling of the merchandise that will be displayed during the event.
Yes, the service can be requested at the “Service Desk” module that will be set up on site, or directly through RX Solutions, subject to availability during the event.
On September 3, 4, and 5, exhibitors may enter to restock products from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., provided they are wearing their exhibitor badge.
